Welcome to the Royal Navy Physical Training Branch Association (RNPTBA) Media and Image Gallery. By accessing or using this gallery, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. About RNPTBA
The RNPTBA is an organisation for serving and former Royal Navy Physical Training Instructors (PTIs), providing fellowship, networking, events, and support to its members and wider community.
2. Ownership & Use of Images
All images, videos, and media displayed on the gallery are either:
Property of RNPTBA, or Submitted by members, event organisers, or contributors with permission.
Media is protected by copyright and related laws.
Unless expressly permitted in writing by RNPTBA, you may only:
View and browse the gallery for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes;
Share links to the gallery page.
You must not:
Download, copy, distribute, reproduce, upload, or republish any media;
Use images for commercial purposes (e.g., advertising, merchandise, promotions);
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, watermark, logo, or identifying text;
Use images in a way that falsely suggests endorsement by RNPTBA.
3. Contributing Content
If you submit photos, videos, stories, or other media, you confirm that:
You are the creator or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions;
You grant RNPTBA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and display the submitted content on the RNPTBA website and associated social media channels.
Submissions should ideally include the names of individuals featured in the media.
RNPTBA reserves the right to edit, remove, or refuse content at its discretion.
4. Privacy & Personal Data
Media may include individuals (members, event participants, volunteers). By submitting or sharing images, you confirm:
You have obtained consent from identifiable individuals featured;
You will not upload sensitive personal data without clear consent.

5. Respectful Use
You agree not to use or upload any content that:
Is defamatory, offensive, indecent, discriminatory, or hateful;
Violates laws or the rights of others;
Harasses or harms individuals or groups.
RNPTBA may remove objectionable material and may suspend or ban users who violate these terms.
6. Third-Party Rights
Some media may feature third-party trademarks, logos, brands, or references (e.g., Royal Navy insignia). All rights in such materials belong to their respective owners.
You may not imply any endorsement by third parties without their explicit permission.
No rights or affiliations with the Ministry of Defence or the official Royal Navy are conferred by use of this gallery or its media.

Media is provided “as is” for general informational purposes. RNPTBA makes no warranties about accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any specific purpose.
RNPTBA is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use or inability to use gallery content.
8. Changes to These Terms
RNPTBA may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. Continued use of the gallery after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales.
