“The Vision of the RNPTBA is to create a proactive and vibrant Association that all serving and retired PTIs want to be part of, continuing the legacy of our proud PTI family and very special PT ethos.
Our Mission is to mentor and support serving and retired members of our Association through all stages of career and life.
Our Commitment is that we are creating an Association which will be a focus for sense of community and belonging. Every RN PTI, serving or retired, can join and be part of a mutually supportive network of like-minded professionals. Just like any solid family, it will aim to look after its own people throughout their careers and beyond, offering support, advice, social contact and the sheer enjoyment of fellowship among like-minded colleagues.
It gives me great pleasure and privilege to welcome you to our new website, created by Visual Digital. Its development is another milestone for the Royal Navy Physical Training Branch Association in continuing the legacy of our proud Physical Training Instructor (PTI) family, both serving and retired, and through its very special ethos.
I would like to thank our generous sponsors Indigo Fitness, Pulse Fitness, Powerblock, Powder Monkey, Intqual, Blue Shield and the companies under the umbrella of ‘1020 Networking’. It is through their very generous funding that the RNPTBA committee is creating an Association that helps its members through all stages of life. From our serving PTIs who remain at the heart of the Royal Navy’s ethos, morale, and operational capability, particularly through the deployable units mobilising around the world, through helping our members transition into their next careers with our network support, to providing welfare support and celebrating the life of a PTI Crossing the Bar with the PT Standard and gift of a Coffin Pall, the RNPTBA is here for whenever its subscription members need it. And, of course, through providing memorable sporting and social events at minimal cost. With the support of our fantastic sponsors, the future is exciting.
