My name is Ray Fitzhenry, a self-employed Business Advisor with the Federation of Small Businesses in the Portsmouth area. I recruit new members and support them throughout their entire membership journey.
After leaving the Military, I ran my own business as a Personal Trainer/Physical Training Instructor, where I developed strong discipline, resilience and a passion for health, fitness and supporting others. I have been a member of Fitness Professionals since 1991 and have always believed in the power of wellbeing and positive mindset.
For the past twenty years, I have worked closely with small business owners, providing protection, support and advice when they need it most. I bring the same focus, commitment and energy from my military and personal training background into my advisory role with the FSB.
